What actually cuts the heat
The biggest myth in tint is that darker glass means a cooler cabin. It doesn't. The cooling comes from how the film is built — nano-ceramic particles in the film that block infrared heat — not from how dark the window looks. A lighter ceramic film can keep the cabin cooler than a darker cheap film. We use one film, not a tiered upsell.

Factory Tint vs. Ceramic Tint
Many vehicles ship with dark rear windows from the factory. That privacy glass makes the windows look darker, but it does not reject heat the way aftermarket ceramic film does.
Factory privacy glass is typically dyed or pigmented in the glass itself. It reduces visible light and gives you privacy, but heat-management performance is not comparable. Tesla Model Y and Model 3 owners notice this constantly — the large glass roof lets too much heat through for a Florida summer.
